Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                
a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 80 "An Act relating to allowable                                                                 
lease expenditures for the purpose of determining the production tax                                                            
value of oil and gas for the purposes of the oil and gas production tax;                                                        
and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so                                                              
ordered.
